Email and newsletters
We use your email address and any message you send to answer enquiries through Google Workspace. If you subscribe, EmailOctopus and its service providers process your email address, consent and technical information to manage signup, delivery and unsubscribe requests. Our emails may use tracking pixels and tracked links to measure opens and clicks and improve future newsletters. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.
Browsing and other services
Our hosting provider processes basic request information, such as IP address, browser and requested page, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising analytics on this website. The signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; Google may process technical information and use cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
Affiliate links take you to retailers, which handle purchases and may use cookies to attribute referrals. We do not collect payment information. YouTube videos load when you choose to play them; YouTube then processes information under its own privacy policy.
Keeping and managing your information
We keep subscriber information while you are subscribed, and limited records afterward to respect opt-outs and meet necessary obligations. We normally keep resolved enquiries for up to two years after the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing business or legal need requires longer. We do not sell our mailing list.
You can email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may retain limited records needed to honor your request or meet legal obligations. Our services are based in the US and may process information in other countries. This site is intended for adults shopping for themselves or others; newsletter signup is not intended for children under 13.
